Role Overview

We are looking for a WordPress Developer Intern to join our development team for a 3-month paid internship. This role is ideal for freshers who have foundational knowledge of WordPress and are eager to gain hands-on experience by working on live projects.

As an intern, you will work closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers, contributing to real client and internal projects while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites
• Work on theme customization and basic plugin development
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive WordPress pages
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with the development team on problem-solving and feature enhancements
• Learn and follow coding standards and development workflows

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, admin panel)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Familiarity with PHP is a plus
• Basic understanding of responsive design principles
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of tasks
