Role Description

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Web Developer & Designer who can handle end-to-end website design and development . This role starts as an internship, with a clear opportunity to convert into a full-time position based on performance .

Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites end-to-end (UI/UX development deployment)
• Build and manage websites on WordPress, Framer, and Shopify (E-commerce)
• Customize themes, layouts, and components as per brand requirements
• Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and basic SEO
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team for landing pages and campaigns
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing website.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)
• Working knowledge of Framer
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce website setup
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to launch

• Experience working with startups or agencies
• Understanding of conversion-focused landing pages
• Familiarity with SEO basics and performance optimization

• Duration: 2-3 months
• Location: Bangalore only
• Conversion: High-performing interns will be considered for full-time roles

• Passionate about web design and development
• Comfortable handling complete website projects independently
• Looking to grow into a long-term role with a fast-growing team
