Pluto designs and manufactures scooter sized vehicles purpose built for last mile delivery. Our vehicles are engineered to carry twice the number of orders compared to traditional two wheelers, improving delivery efficiency while maintaining rider comfort.

We are building a new category of delivery vehicles designed specifically for real world logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Youll own the complete vehicle wiring architecture from power distribution strategy to real-world routing on prototype builds.This is hands-on, ground-up EV development.

What Youll Work On

• Define power, grounding & signal architecture
• Design harness topology, schematics, splices, fuse/relay allocation
• Solve packaging, EMI/EMC, thermal & voltage drop challenges
• Size wires, connectors, terminals & protection components
• Work inside CAD (CATIA preferred) with mechanical teams
• Debug CAN errors, grounding noise, and intermittent faults
• Support on-ground builds routing, clipping, torque specs, troubleshooting
• Drive DFM/DFA with vendors and release production-ready designs

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years building EV wiring harnesses (2W / 3W preferred)
• Strong fundamentals: HV/LV systems, BMS, MCU, DC-DC, chargers
• Deep understanding of current loading, derating, and voltage drop
• EMI/EMC awareness
• IP sealing, shielding & durability knowledge
• Real hands-on build experience (crimping, terminating, routing)
• Strong debugging and root-cause mindset
