Job Description

CHS(Capital XC) tool expertise -2D creation of wire harness (Mandatory).
Good understanding and hands on experience on selection of Wire gauge , insulation, Protection, connectors, clips.
Harness working experience in HV and LV.
Should be able to understand and address design quality issues at vehicle and virtua
Accountability of schematic & harness design delivery ensuring vehicle functionality & timelines.
Design and Development of Automotive Wiring harness from concept to production.
EDS Design calculations- Power distribution, Ground distribution, Resistance calculations.
Running DRCs, Schematic simulation- Voltage drop and Short circuit fuse blow analysis.
EDS Schematic Topology design for vehicle platforms, Vehicle electrical architecture & CAN backbone finalisation.
3D wiring harness layout creations, routing in UG NX electrical module.
Clamping, brackets/panel design for the wiring and cables for packaging and routing.
Benchmarking, Cost Reduction, DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM
Support for making prototype vehicles, pre-production & serial production vehicles.
Preparation of circuit schematics in Capital tool.
