Wine & Spirit Commercial Manager (3-10 Years Exp Only)

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS READ BEFORE APPLYING

• INDUSTRY ONLY: You must have 310 years of direct sales experience working for a Wine & Spirit Importer, Distributor, or Producer.
• LOCATION: Must be currently based in India (All major hubs considered).
• SENIORITY: Mid-level role. 10+ years of experience won't be considered.
• SPECIAL NOTE TO HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS: We highly value our partners in the hotel and restaurant sector. However, this is a B2B Commercial & Distribution role requiring direct experience in state excise, importer P&L, and primary sales. If your experience is exclusively in Hospitality/Hotel management, this role is not the right fit for your profile.

THE ROLE-

A unique 50/50 joint role representing two iconic wine families: Famille Perrin (Rhne Valley) and Symington Family Estates (Portugal). You will be the "on-the-ground" lead driving distribution and sales across India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Distribution: Negotiate with importers and secure new state-level routes to market.
• Commercial: Manage business plans, pricing architecture, and depletion targets.
• Execution: Conduct technical masterclasses and training for trade partners.
• Reporting: Track market trends and competitor activity directly to Europe/Asia HQ.

TECHNICAL SKILLS-

• Proven ability to negotiate and sign Indian distribution contracts.
• WSET Level 2 or 3 certification is highly preferred.
• Professional fluency in English with high-level presentation skills.
