Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleManage and maintain Windows Server environments (2003 to 2019).Deep expertise in Active Directory (implementation, migration, disaster recovery).Proactive server monitoring and troubleshooting.Handle core services: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, Clustering, Certificate Services, File & Print Services, Antivirus.Experience with Remote Desktop Services and cross-domain resource access.Support OS refresh projects and server patching processes.Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and VMware ESX.Support virtual infrastructure and troubleshoot virtualization issues.ITIL V4 certified; familiar with ITIL processes.Basic scripting knowledge for automation.Your Profile6–12 years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Virtualization.ITIL V4 Certified with strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management.Expertise in managing Windows Server versions: 2003, 2003R2, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, and 2019.Proficient in Active Directory services including implementation, migration, and disaster recovery.Skilled in configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, Clustering, Certificate Services, and File & Print Services.Experience with antivirus management and basic messaging, proxy services, and remote deployment troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of server hardware and infrastructure.Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms: Hyper-V and VMware ESX.Familiar with Remote Desktop Services and cross-domain resource access.Knowledge of Microsoft System Center and latest Windows technologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination abilitiesCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
