Job Description
Must Have: 

Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.

Re-installation in the event of system crash/failures

Periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing, and implementing rectification measures.

Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for maintenance of the infrastructure

Management of the usernames, roles, and passwords of all the relevant subsystems, including, but not limited to servers, applications, devices, etc.

Change Management awareness and process oriented.

Implementing security on the Internet and Intranet through VA closure.

Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.

Good to Have: 

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Proficiency in handling large setups with a good understanding of about Windows OS

Understanding of DR and BCP

Should have a good understanding of Storage and SAN technologies.

Should be able to work in shifts and travel across various location in India

Good communication skills to connect with end users / clients documentation."
