We are looking for a skilled System Administrator (Windows Server) to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and system troubleshooting in a 247 support environment.

Key Responsibilities

247 monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of system-related issues

Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Servers

Active Directory administration (user creation, group policies, migrations)

Managing patching tools for Windows Servers and Windows desktops

Deploying and managing McAfee Antivirus on servers and end-user endpoints

Providing strong troubleshooting support across Windows-based technologies

Working in rotational shifts as required

Taking ownership, showing initiative, and contributing to service improvements
