Windows OS L3 Engineer

Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced Windows OS L3 Engineer to handle critical incidents, support L1/L2 teams, ensure high availability, drive automation, and contribute to continual service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- L3 support for Windows Server (2012/2016/2022)
- Support & mentor L1/L2 teams , handle major incidents & RCA
- Manage & troubleshoot Active Directory, ADFS, Azure SSO
- Ensure system availability, capacity & DR drills
- Automate routine tasks (PowerShell/Ansible)
- Maintain SOPs, KBase & Infra documentation
- Azure application & identity integrations
Skills & Tools:
- Windows Server, Active Directory
- Azure AD, ADFS, SSO
- SCOM, SCCM, Automation/Scripting
- Cloud knowledge: Azure / AWS
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Azure or AWS Fundamentals / Admin / Architect
