Windows Administrator L3

Job Scope:

The Systems Admin Windows L3 will be expected for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based servers and systems within an organization. maintaining system stability, controlling user access, and managing data security.

Job Responsibilities

• SME for Windows/Virtualization
• Supervising L2 team members
• Maintain Servers Uptime
• Adhere to Response/Resolutions timelines
• Handling escalated calls.

Must Have Skill:

• Good knowledge and hands on experience on various Window server flavors
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on active directory.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in Hyper V.
• Good knowledge on patch management tools like WSUS, SCCM
• Good knowledge on clustering.
• Good knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IIS.
• Good understanding of backup/storage/RAID technologies.
• Performance analysis and troubleshooting
• Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization
