We are seeking a skilled and proactive and experienced Windows Server Administrator to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-level Windows environments, Active Directory, and hybrid identity solutions. Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.Administer services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, and Print Services.Strong experience of 4years+ in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain trusts.Integrate and manage Azure AD, ADFS, and hybrid identity solutionsAdminister and maintain a complex multi-domain Active Directory (AD) environment.Design and implement Group Policies (GPOs), OU structures, and AD delegation models.Manage DNS, DHCP, and replication services within the AD ecosystem.Perform AD migrations, upgrades, and domain restructuring.Primary skillsLead the end-to-end implementation of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).Architect and deploy multi-domain Active Directory, including trust relationships and replication strategies.Design and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Units (OUs), and access control models.Plan and execute AD migrations, domain consolidations, and upgrades.Secondary skillsAutomate provisioning, patching, and reporting using PowerShell and DSC.Optimize performance and availability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning.Maintain detailed implementation documentation, runbooks, and change records.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
