We are expanding our aerospace-grade electric motor production and are looking for a skilled Winding Motor Technician to join our manufacturing team in Pune.

• Manual winding of high-precision electric motors for aerospace & defense applications
• Working according to strict quality, safety, and process standards
• Hands-on role requiring technical excellence and attention to detail

• Minimum 1 years of experience in electric motor winding
• Prior exposure to defense / aerospace projects strong advantage
• Physically capable of performing precision manual work

• High school diploma or higher
• Certified technician / electrical technician preferred

• Manual motor winding must
• Toroidal winding machines advantage
• Coil & winding machine preparation advantage
• Electrical testing advantage
• Varnishing and epoxy coating advantage

• Basic communication skills in English advantage
• Must hold or be able to obtain a passport
• Willingness to undergo 13 months of training outside India
