Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Whiteboard Trainer located in New Delhi. The Whiteboard Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions using whiteboard techniques, designing and developing training materials, conducting interactive knowledge-sharing workshops, and assessing trainees' understanding to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires a hands-on approach to training and a passion for effectively communicating concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and effectively
• Instructional design and training development capabilities
• Experience in facilitating workshops, seminars, and training sessions
• Proficiency in whiteboard techniques and ability to deliver visually engaging presentations
• Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit various learning styles
• Solid organizational and time management skills to ensure timely preparation and delivery of training content
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to engage trainees effectively
• Prior experience in training roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or related field is desirable
