Job Title: WhatsApp App Developer

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site)

Role Description

We are looking for a WhatsApp App Developer with experience in building and managing WhatsApp-based applications and integrations. The role involves developing chat-based solutions to enhance customer communication and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WhatsApp applications using WhatsApp Business API.
• Integrate WhatsApp solutions with CRM, ERP, and other third-party systems.
• Design chatbots, automated workflows, and message templates.
• Ensure message delivery, performance, and data security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API, integration, and production issues.
• Collaborate with product, backend, and QA teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with WhatsApp Business API and webhook integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and backend services.
• Experience with Node.js / Python / PHP (any one).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and databases.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with chatbot platforms and automation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations.
• FinTech or customer engagement platform experience is a plus.

Salary Range: 50,000 60,000 per month (As per experience and skill set).
