Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute real estate/construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute site activities as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and site compliance
• Monitor project progress and submit regular status reports to management
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment at site
• Resolve technical and execution-related site issues
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 48 years of experience in real estate or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution, planning, and coordination
• Good communication and team management skills
