Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, converting inquiries into customers, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates with proven sales exposure are welcome.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Conduct sales discussions, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects
• Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, accounts) for smooth onboarding
• Handle customer objections and negotiate terms effectively
• Ensure timely closure of deals and payment follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 05 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convince and close deals
• Customer-centric approach
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
