Group Head Media


What you'll do:

  • Build and lead full-funnel media strategies for key clients
  • Own performance, measurement, and optimization plans
  • Collaborate with creatives and strategists for integrated thinking
  • Manage a team of planners and buyers
  • Present sharp POVs in client reviews and pitches

What you bring:

  • 68 years of digital/media agency experience
  • Proven expertise in Meta, Google, Programmatic (DV360, etc.)
  • Comfort with data platforms (GA4, dashboards, analytics tools)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive efficiency and outcomes, not just impressions

Art - Director


What you'll do:

  • Lead visual ideation and execution across key accounts
  • Manage and mentor junior art and design talent
  • Partner with copy leads and media to build integrated work
  • Push for fresh, modern design language that fits brand and platform
  • Present work to clients with clarity and conviction

What you bring:

  • 68 years in a creative agency or design-led role
  • Strong portfolio with integrated + digital-first campaigns
  • Familiarity with motion and video is a plus
  • Confident in managing feedback and delivering under tight timelines


Copy Supervisor


What you'll do:

  • Lead copy and messaging for campaigns, content, and performance
  • Mentor and manage junior writers
  • Collaborate tightly with art and strategy teams
  • Ensure tone, language, and messaging is on-brand and on-brief
  • Present ideas to clients with clarity and conviction

What you bring:

  • 68 years of agency experience (digital, creative, or integrated)
  • A sharp portfolio that spans formats: campaigns, digital, social, video
  • Strong ideation, craft, and presentation skills
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, collaborative environments
  • Bonus: experience with AI-writing tools and platform best practices


Account Manager

What you'll do:

  • Help manage daily tasks across client accounts
  • Coordinate between creative, media, and strategy teams
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and feedback loops
  • Build decks and reports that are clear and concise
  • Learn the basics of client servicing, project management, and strategy

  • 4-6 years in a digital, creative, or media agency

What you'll do:

  • Set up, traffic, and QA campaigns across Google CM (DFA), Meta Ads Manager, The Trade Desk
  • Manage pixels, tags, floodlights, and conversion tracking across platforms
  • Collaborate with media planners, analytics, and creative teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, pacing problems, and tag errors
  • Ensure all assets are spec-compliant and deadlines are met
  • Maintain naming conventions, reporting hygiene, and documentation

What you bring:

  • 4-7 years of ad operations experience at a media agency or AdTech firm
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Google Campaign Manager / DFA
  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Ad servers, tag managers, pixel tracking
