Experience: 9+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Manager/Team Leader to lead a development team and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable applications. The role requires strong technical expertise across backend and frontend along with proven team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of frontend & backend developers

* Drive design, development, and deployment of full stack applications

* Architect and develop robust Java-based backend services

* Oversee frontend development and integration with backend APIs

* Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability standards

* Conduct code reviews and mentor team members

* Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement understanding and delivery timelines

* Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking

* Resolve technical blockers and support production issues

Technical Skills Required

* Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development

* Experience in Full Stack development (Frontend + Backend)

* Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (Angular / React / similar)

* Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture

* Database experience (SQL / NoSQL)

* Knowledge of DevOps practices and deployment workflows preferred

Mandatory Requirements

9+ years of development experience

Proven team handling / team leadership experience

Full stack development exposure

Education background must be Technical (BE / BTech / MCA / equivalent)

Must be available for face-to-face interview in Lower Parel
