Swab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Human Resources Manager who believes that modern HR should scale through strong systems, smart use of technology, and well-defined processesnot manual effort.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance people empathy with automation, data, and process excellence, and who enjoys building HR systems that grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1 Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Lead end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and departments
Collaborate with managers to define clear job roles and expectations
Improve hiring workflows, interview structures, and candidate experience
Build and manage strong recruitment pipelines (internal & external)
2 Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and exits
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Handle promotions, role changes, and compensation updates
Manage employee relations with fairness and professionalism
3 Performance & Employee Growth
Implement performance frameworks (KRAs, KPIs, reviews, feedback cycles)
Support managers in goal setting and performance discussions
Identify training and upskilling needs across teams
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning
4 HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and audits
Handle disciplinary actions with proper process and documentation
5 HR Technology & Process Improvement
Use HRMS, ATS, and digital tools to automate HR workflows
Improve HR reporting (headcount, attrition, hiring, performance)
Collaborate with tech teams to enhance internal HR systems
Continuously improve efficiency without losing the human touch
6 Culture & Employee Engagement
Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Support leadership in building a respectful and inclusive workplace
Address employee grievances with empathy and clarity
Help maintain strong morale during periods of growth and change
Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance
Experience handling recruitment and hiring processes
Comfortable using HRMS, ATS, and digital HR tools
Excellent communication skills and sound judgment
Ability to balance employee needs with business objectives
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fast-growing or tech-enabled organizations
Exposure to performance frameworks (KRAs, OKRs, KPIs)
HR certification is an added advantage (not mandatory)
