We are currently looking for a result-driven professional who can manage freelancing marketplaces, generate international business opportunities, and run performance-driven advertising campaigns.

We are looking for a Freelancing Platform Manager & Paid Advertising Specialist who can manage major freelancing platforms, acquire projects, generate leads, and run performance-based digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freelancing platforms, proposal writing, client communication, and paid campaign management.

Manage and optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and PeoplePerHour

Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality proposals to acquire international clients

Communicate with global clients and manage project acquisition

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC)

Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI and lead generation

Coordinate with the internal technical team for smooth project execution

Basic knowledge of freelancing marketplace management

Knowledge of Upwork bidding and Fiverr gig optimization

Basic knowledge of managing Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns

Strong proposal writing and communication skills

Analytical mindset with ability to track campaign performance and ROI

Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously

02 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of digital marketing and freelancing platforms

Experience handling paid digital advertising campaigns

Result-oriented mindset

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment
