Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, whatsapp, and email

Assist in telesales and lead follow-ups

Explain company services to potential clients

Maintain records of leads and customer interactions

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi / English) both

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
