Job Summary

We are hiring CA Freshers for an Internal Audit role with our listed client in the Retail sector. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in audit, risk assessment, and internal control processes within a dynamic retail business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of internal audit assignments
• Perform process walkthroughs and document controls
• Support risk assessment and internal control testing
• Prepare audit working papers and draft observations
• Coordinate with business teams for data collection and audit follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher
• CA Attempt Criteria: Candidates must have cleared CA in 1st or 2nd attempt only
• Experience: 01 year
• Industry Exposure: Interest in Retail sector preferred

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of accounting and internal audit fundamentals
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
