About the Role

As an Academic Counselor , you will be responsible for counselling students and parents, understanding learning requirements, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. This is a target-driven inside sales role that rewards strong communication, discipline, and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls
  • Counsel customers on academic programs and learning pathways
  • Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a metrics-driven environment
  • Maintain disciplined follow-ups and accurate lead tracking
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Deliver a professional and ethical sales experience
Candidate Profile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in English (Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Marathi is a plus)
  • Sales-oriented mindset with persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • Confident, self-driven, and target-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
  • Must have a laptop with functional audio/video capabilities
Compensation & Incentives
  • During Probation (First 3 Months): 20,000 per month (fixed)
  • Incentives during probation (over & above fixed pay):
  • 1,000 per sale (ASP 20,00030,000)
  • 1,500 per sale (ASP 30,00040,000)
  • 2,500 per sale (ASP above 40,000)
  • Post-Probation CTC: Up to 6 LPA (4 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable)
  • High Performers: Can earn up to 4 LPA fixed + 4 LPA variable within the first year
