Were looking for someone who has BUILT & SCALED EdTech sales teams.
This is not a fresher role.
This is not a handle leads role.
We need someone who has actually built and scaled sales teams in EdTech hired people, trained them, set processes, and owned revenue.

Who This Role Is For:
Youll fit well if you:
Have built & scaled sales teams in EdTech
Have experience with high-ticket education sales
Know how to hire, train & mentor counsellors/closers
Can design scripts, funnels, KPIs & processes
Think like an owner, not just a manager
What Youll Own:
End-to-end sales strategy & execution
Team hiring, training & performance
Conversion across webinar screening enrollment
Working closely with marketing & product
Scaling revenue in a predictable way
