We are looking for someone who will define and elevate that signature.

The Role

You will lead:

• Creation of new, original decor concepts

• Curation and elevation of our decor catalog

You will ensure that when someone sees a Meragi wedding, they can feel the difference.

What Youll Own

1 New Design Creation

Conceptualize 1020 new stage designs every quarter

Develop grand, modern, culturally rooted concepts

Move beyond Pinterest repetition into original thinking

Design modular systems that can scale across venues

2 Catalog Curation & Upgrade

Audit existing designs and eliminate weak/dated concepts

Elevate photography, presentation, naming, and categorization

Build a structured, premium, high-conversion decor catalog

Define tiers (Classic / Signature / Limited Edition etc.)

3 Innovation Engine

Experiment with:

Fabric structures

Acrylic & metal frameworks

Lighting integration

Modular florals

Tech-integrated stage elements

Balance wow-factor with cost efficiency

4 Design Governance

Approve final concepts before launch

Maintain taste standards across cities

Ensure execution matches design intent
