Event Plus Management Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai-based wedding dcor and event management company specialising in premium social events weddings, sangeets, engagements and receptions. We work closely with hotels, banquet venues and private clients to deliver creative dcor concepts and smooth, end-to-end execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Client Servicing Specialist (Wedding Dcor) to drive dcor sales and manage client relationships. The role combines sales, dcor understanding, moodboard creation and client presentations, working closely with hotels/venue partners and clients to convert enquiries into confirmed dcor bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads from hotels, planners, social media and direct client enquiries.
• Understand client requirements, suggest dcor ideas and present suitable dcor options.
• Create moodboards and PPT presentations with dcor concepts, layouts and references.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and basic costing with support from the internal team.
• Conduct client meetings, venue recces and presentations (online/offline).
• Coordinate with hotels, vendors and internal production team for event execution.
• Be the main point of contact for clients from enquiry to event completion.
• Visit hotels/venues and be present on-ground for key events, as required.

Requirements

• 36 years experience in weddings / events (wedding dcor, planning or luxury events) with a strong sales focus.
• Prior experience in selling dcor / event services is preferred.
• Good eye for design and wedding dcor trends.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools for moodboards and presentations.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and professional email/WhatsApp communication.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus).
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working with targets.
• Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Role Details

• Work Mode: On-site, Saki Naka (Mumbai).
• Working Days: 6 days a week, with weekend working when required (weekly off typically on a weekday).
• Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives/commission on each confirmed dcor booking.
