About KRI Chikankari

KRI Chikankari is a contemporary label dedicated to reimagining traditional Lucknowi chikankari

through modern silhouettes and thoughtful craftsmanship. Alongside the brand, we also work

closely with artisan communities through our social initiative to support and empower women

artisans.

Role Overview

KRI Chikankari is looking for a creative and proactive individual to manage our website operations

and help create engaging content for our social media platforms. If you enjoy working at the

intersection of fashion, digital media, and storytelling, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Listing new products on our Shopify website with accurate descriptions and product details

Managing inventory updates and product catalogues

Processing orders and coordinating fulfilment through Shiprocket

Troubleshooting minor website issues and ensuring smooth website functioning

Maintaining the overall health and accuracy of the website

Capturing and shooting short-form content (Reels/short clips) at the workshop and studio

Assisting with ideation and creation of engaging social media content

Editing visuals using Photoshop or similar tools

Supporting brand storytelling through creative digital content

Communicating professionally with clients when required

Writing product descriptions and other website content in clear, polished English

Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable using computers, internet tools, and digital platforms

Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Meet

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently leading projects

Preferred Qualifications

Educational background in Fashion Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Computer

Applications / IT

Experience with Shopify and Shiprocket will be prioritised However, candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply as

training can be provided

Job Details

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: 224 New Iradat Nagar, Sitapur Road, Lucknow 226020

Working Hours: Monday Saturday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Sundays Off)

Salary & Experience

Salary during probation: 10,000 per month for the first 3 months.

After the probation period, salary will be reviewed and revised based on performance, deliverables,

and mutual agreement.

Experience in e-commerce, social media management, or fashion brands is appreciated but not

mandatory. We welcome fresh candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude, creativity, and

willingness to learn.
