Job Description: Website Review & Optimization Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Website Review & Optimization Specialist to evaluate our existing website and provide detailed, actionable feedback on how it can be improved. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience, design, content strategy, and website performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of our websites design, structure, and usability
• Analyze user experience (UX), user journey, and navigation flow
• Review content clarity, messaging, and visual hierarchy
• Identify gaps in performance, accessibility, and conversion optimization
• Provide clear, practical, and prioritized recommendations for improvement
• Suggest best practices to enhance engagement, conversions, and overall website effectiveness
• Prepare a structured review report with insights and next steps

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in website analysis, UX/UI design, CRO, or digital consulting
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and web best practices
• Experience analyzing websites for performance, engagement, and conversions
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms
• Background in UX research, product design, or digital marketing
• Experience working with startups or growing businesses
