Roles and Responsibilities-
- Monitoring key site metrics including ATC, CTR (banners), Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, etc
- Ensuring the web & app are kept up-to-date with; correct offers, updated banners, new in products/brands, regularly updated category pages
- Doing extensive research, A/B tests & competitive analysis in the areas of product assortment, pricing strategy, promotion strategy, placement & positioning - on the platform/
- Using analytics to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy
- Monitoring conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary.
Requirements:
- Prior experience (4+ yrs) in website operations with an agency/ D2C brand/ E-Commerce platform
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
