Role Available: Web Designer & Developer (Full-Time) Website Design UI/UX Brand-Aligned Web Experiences CMS Development

Important Details:

• This is a full-time role, where youll work with us regularly while enjoying the flexibility of a freelancer.
• Youll collaborate with our internal creative and editing teams via Slack and help oversee campaigns from concept to execution.
• Payments are calculated monthly, based on agreed deliverables.
• Bonus incentives for any extra responsibilities

Core Requirements:

• A strong aesthetic sense with an eye for clean, modern, and brand-consistent design
• Hands-on experience with Wix, WordPress, and Framer
• Ability to translate brand briefs and references into polished web experiences
• Understanding of layout, typography, colour, and responsive design
• Good English communication skills and ability to manage client revisions professionally
• Ability to work independently and consistently in a remote setup

Bonus Requirements:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, coding skills are a strong plus!
• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with SEO basics and website performance optimisation
• Leadership or client management experience
• A portfolio of websites or web design projects
