Technical Competency : L3

• Experience in web proxy solutions (McAfee) and handle day-to-day end user operational requests.

• Provide operational support of the content filtering and web proxy environment and addressing escalated issues and service user requests.

• Good knowledge in network concepts, Firewalls and networking concepts.

• Ample knowledge of networking and web protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SOCKS, SSL/TLS, encryption ciphers, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and restore services immediately

• Respond to, and resolve security vulnerabilities through monitoring, intrusion detection, and reaction to computer virus or worm attacks.

• Hands-on experience in deployment and migration activities

• Identify and track problems related to standards and escalate as appropriate; use ticketing, incident, and bug tracking applications

• Identification of root cause related to tool issues and capable of providing corrective and preventive actions

• Sound knowledge on performance fine-tuning, capacity analysis and provide recommendations

• Good analytical skills on attack patterns and perform tuning to prevent security threats and quickly act on security Incident response and remediation

• Having good Communication and presentation skills 

• Handle incident, Problem, Change and configuration management as per ITIL process.

• Providing optimization and service improvement plans on the tools

• Provide timely metrics report on tools performance including trend analysis

• Expertise in providing technical training to associates
