We are excited to announce 2 new offshore opportunities for experienced Software AG WebMethods Developers to join our growing integration team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using WebMethods (Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS, Designer, Adapters, etc.)
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate integration requirements
• Mentor and guide a team of WebMethods developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues
• Monitor and optimize integration performance
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture sessions
• Maintain technical documentation for integrations and configurations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 710 years of hands-on experience with the Software AG WebMethods Suite (10.15 preferred)
• Strong expertise in:
• Integration Server
• Trading Networks
• MWS & Designer
• Adapters (SAP, JDBC, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Kafka integration
• Experience with REST/SOAP, XML/XSLT, JSON, and EDI
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
• Good understanding of SOA and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
