Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled WebLogic Administrator with hands-on experience in managing middleware and application servers in enterprise environments. The role involves administration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of WebLogic, IBM HTTP Server, and Apache Tomcat, while ensuring application stability and performance. The candidate will also support daily operational activities and work closely with infrastructure and development teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with WebLogic Server administration.
• Experience managing IBM HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat.
• Exposure to WebSphere Application Server administration.
• Knowledge of Unix, Linux, IBM AIX, and Windows server environments.
• Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts and database connectivity.
• Experience in application monitoring and operational support.
• Ability to perform application deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong skills in log analysis and troubleshooting using logs and dumps.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and system environments.
• Knowledge of internet-based application architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain WebLogic, IBM HTTP Server, and Apache Tomcat environments.
• Perform application deployments and configuration management.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, dumps, and monitoring tools.
• Support daily operational tasks and system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and security compliance.
• Work in rotational shifts as required by operational needs.

Education

Graduate (B.Sc / B.Tech / B.E / BCA) or Postgraduate (M.Sc / M.Tech / M.E / MCA).
