Compulsory Requirements: Minimum 3 Years Experience

Salary Structure:

Rs. 20,000 per month in hand for the initial 6 months

Rs. 25,000 per month after the initial 6 months

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Webinar Producer. The Webinar Producer will manage the end-to-end production of webinars, including planning, scheduling, coordinating with speakers or own presentation and overseeing technical aspects. The role also involves creating engaging presentations, managing attendee interactions, troubleshooting any technical issues, and ensuring a professional and seamless experience for participants. In the first year is the focus on in house webinar production for Real Estate Agents, Property Manager and Property Valuer.

Qualifications

Experience in webinar production, event coordination, or a similar role is preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules and logistics

Proficiency with webinar platforms, audio/video tools, and troubleshooting technical issues

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with speakers and attendees

Ability to create compelling and professional presentations

Familiarity with digital marketing and audience engagement strategies is a plus

Capable of working independently in a remote environment

Relevant certifications or experience in event production or marketing are a plus

About You

Previous Webinar Producer experience is preferred with a high standard of presentation, interpersonal skills and grooming. You will be a team player and present our company, services and brands. You will possess strong communication skills. You will be able to quickly adapt to an new market environment whilst maintaining professionalism and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will be passionate and self driven in your position.
