Webflow Developer

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers, content teams, and stakeholders to translate visual designs into functional, scalable, and user-friendly web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our company website usingWebflow in line with design and brand guidelines
• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive Webflow builds
• Implement CMS collections, interactions, animations, and custom components
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
• Integrate third-party tools, forms, analytics, and basic APIs as required
• Perform website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with designers and digital marketers to deliver projects on time
• Follow version control, documentation, and quality standards

Required Skills

1. HTML-HTML5

2. CSS-CSS Level 3 + newer features (Grid, Flexbox, variables)

3. JavaScript: ES2022+ (ES6 and above)

4. UIUX Design Accessibility Awareness

5. Form Handling

6. Third-party Integrations

7. Accessibility: WCAG 2.2

8. Performance Basics Minified CSS/JS, optimized images, lazy loading

9. Responsive CSS Techniques Mobile-first, fluid layouts, clamp()

10. Form & API Handling Fetch API, JSON, POST requests

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Working experience in Webflow

Experience : 1 to 2 years

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering (any discipline) or a Masters degree MCA / Msc Computer science.

Location: Chennai , ( Min 4 days work from office)
