Webflow Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Webflow Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building responsive, high-performing websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, solid front-end fundamentals, and the ability to translate UI/UX concepts into fully functional Webflow websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain websites using Webflow.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow layouts.
• Create responsive, mobile-first web designs.
• Implement custom animations and interactions within Webflow.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Manage CMS collections and dynamic content in Webflow.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience working with Webflow.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience working with Webflow CMS and custom interactions.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of Webflow hosting, deployment, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with custom code embedding in Webflow.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations (Zapier, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
