About the role: Candidate must have 2+ years of core Webflow expertise (CMS, responsive design, interactions), experience designing B2B SaaS, conversion-focused websites, ability to execute end-to-end from Figma to Webflow independently, and working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS/JS along with marketing and analytics integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of the Company's website on Webflow.
• Design and build new pages, sections, and CMS frameworks with speed, consistency, and scalability.
• Translate positioning, product narratives, and content into clear, conversion-focused page designs.
• Maintain a clean, reusable design system across the website.
• Optimize pages for performance, responsiveness, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility.
• Implement interactions, animations, and custom components without compromising site speed.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing, content, and leadership to ship fast and iterate often.
• Treat the website as a living product and continuously improve it based on feedback and data.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience designing and building websites on Webflow.
• Strong command of Webflow CMS, components, responsive layouts, and interactions.
• Ability to design independently and implement directly in Webflow (Figma Webflow or Webflow-first).
• Good understanding of B2B SaaS websites, product storytelling, and conversion structures.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for custom enhancements.
• Experience integrating marketing and analytics tools such as forms, CRM, GA, GTM, or similar.
• Strong attention to structure, clarity, and performance over visual gimmicks.
• Comfortable taking ownership with minimal hand-holding and high standards of execution.
