Web Producer
We are looking for a Web Producer with strong experience in web design, content localization, and CMS management to deliver optimized digital experiences for global audiences. You will work across platforms like Episerver/Optimizely and WordPress to create SEO-friendly, accessible (WCAG-compliant), and culturally relevant content. This role involves close collaboration with SEO specialists, developers, UI/UX designers, and localization teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, publish, and localize/transcreate web pages for multiple regions, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
- Adapt layouts in CMS platforms (Episerver/Optimizely, WordPress) to support multilingual content and responsive design.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to align with the Design System (Figma knowledge a plus) and meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Optimize pages for on-page SEO (metadata, hreflang, localized keywords) and generate technical SEO tickets (e.g., canonical tags, redirects, schema markup).
- Maintain SEO-friendly site architecture, including URL structures and internal linking.
- Optimize assets and code (HTML/CSS, images, scripts) for performance and accessibility.
- Partner with developers to troubleshoot front-end issues and ensure localization-ready, accessible code.
- Conduct cross-browser/device testing and accessibility audits (e.g., screen readers, keyboard navigation).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level CMS/DXP platforms; direct experience with Episerver/Optimizely preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
