Micron’s corporate marketing team is looking for a Web Operations Manager with multi-year experience to come and join our team in India. You will be part of a dynamic and distributed team that supports a variety of websites, company portals, asset management tools, and other applications. As a high-performing and collaborative Agile team member, you will help deliver value that grows the customer experience for micron.com.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Publishing & Operations: Plan, manage and oversee all aspects of web publishing for product launches ensuring timely and accurate content updates.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the web platform meets business objectives.
• SEO Management: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Website Monitoring & Uptime: Monitor website performance, ensuring maximum uptime and quick resolution of any issues.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize website performance, including load times and user experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of web operation analysts and web producers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on website performance, SEO metrics, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in web operations, with a strong focus on web publishing, SEO, website monitoring and application support.
• Proficiency in web technologies, content management systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager, and web analytics tools like Adobe/Google Analytics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different time zones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in web content and operations.
• Flexibility to work in US hours from India and manage time effectively.
