Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using webMethods Integration Server and webMethods Designer .
• Build and support Flow Services, Java services, and adapter services .
• Develop and expose REST and SOAP web services for system-to-system communication.
• Handle data transformation using XML, JSON, flat files, and mapping tools.
• Implement error handling, logging, retries, and exception management .
• Work on B2B/EDI integrations using Trading Networks (TN) where applicable.
• Integrate with external systems such as SAP, databases, FTP/SFTP, MQ, cloud applications using adapters.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues using My webMethods, logs, and monitoring tools .
• Participate in deployment, version control, and environment management (DEV, QA, PROD).
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Follow integration best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Software AG webMethods platform.
• Hands-on experience with:
• webMethods Integration Server
• webMethods Designer
• Flow Services and Java services
• Experience in RESTful and SOAP web services .
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, XSD, flat files , and data mapping.
• Experience with adapters (SAP, JDBC, FTP/SFTP, MQ, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java .
• Experience with SQL and database integrations .
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control , and deployment processes.
• Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-based support environments.
