Role Overview:

We are looking for a Web Developer specializing in Webflow and/or Framer to build, maintain, and optimize Resolutes marketing and product websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual development, rapid execution, and pixel-perfect implementation.

This position does not require React.js or Next.js. However, candidates who show strong interest and capability will have the opportunity to transition into the Frontend Engineering team over time, based on performance and learning progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Webflow / Framer Development

• Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow and/or Framer
• Translate Figma designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect pages
• Manage layouts, interactions, animations, CMS collections, and components
• Ensure cross-device responsiveness and browser compatibility

Website Optimization & Execution

• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and conversion
• Implement landing pages for marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
• Handle content updates, page iterations, and quick turnarounds

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Design, Marketing, Product, and Growth teams
• Support website updates during launches, experiments, and campaigns
• Maintain structured naming, reusable components, and clean layouts

Quality & Best Practices

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and UI standards
• Conduct basic testing before publishing changes
• Maintain documentation of page structures and CMS usage

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Webflow and/or Framer
• Strong understanding of responsive design and layout systems
• Ability to convert design files (Figma) into live websites
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (for custom tweaks and embeds)
• Familiarity with SEO basics, performance optimization, and accessibility
• Attention to detail and strong execution skills

Growth Path

• This role is focused on no-code / low-code web development
• Candidates who demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and interest in engineering will have the option to transition into the Frontend Engineering team over time
• Learning support and mentorship will be provided for this transition
