Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Build dynamic, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces using React.js.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data interchange between the server and user interface.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage and optimize databases, typically MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design and efficient query writing.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack to ensure smooth performance and user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality and team standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the Laravel PHP framework and its core principles (MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, Blade templating).
• Strong knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem, including components, state management (e.g., Redux), and hooks.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, Tailwind and CSS3.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Understanding of web application security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
