A Web Developerbuilds, maintains, and optimizes websites and web applications, writing clean, efficient code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security. They collaborate with designers and stakeholders to turn functional requirements into user-friendly interfaces, often integrating back-end services and managing databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Development:Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for front-end and/or back-end systems.
• Design Implementation:Create website layouts/user interfaces using HTML/CSS practices.
• Maintenance & Security:Maintain, expand, and scale websites, implementing security measures and data protection.
• Integration:Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Collaboration:Work with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Testing & Troubleshooting:Debug and test applications to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiencies:Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Back-end Knowledge:Understanding of server-side languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Ruby, Java) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Tools:Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills to diagnose and fix bugs.
• Experience:Usually requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience of 4 to 5 years
