Web Developer

We are looking for a results-driven Web Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, work-from-office role for someone who takes ownership, executes with discipline, and is comfortable working across multiple websites, platforms, and integrations.

Key responsibilities:

Website maintenance & support

• Perform content updates, bug fixes, and UI improvements across existing client websites.
• Handle performance optimization (caching, image optimization, database clean-up) and basic security hardening.
• Manage regular backup creation, monitoring, and restore when required.
• New website development
• Develop new websites and landing pages using WordPress, Core PHP, WIX, and React
• Implement approved designs into responsive, mobile-friendly front-ends.
• Complete pending work on in-progress projects (e.g., packages/services pages, homepage builds, production pushes).

Domain, hosting & infrastructure

• Manage domains and hosting across providers such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostinger, SiteGround, cPanel, Plesk, and AWS.
• Track and execute renewals on time (e.g., specific monthly renewal dates for key client accounts).
• Coordinate SSL certificates, DNS updates, staging/production environments, and hosting migrations.
• CRM & marketing integrations
• Set up and maintain integrations with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zapier, WhatsApp/SMS integrations).
• Implement and test lead capture forms, API integrations, and automation workflows.
• Configure webinar registrations, packages, Calendly bookings, and similar flows as required by clients.

Process, documentation & risk management

• Maintain accurate documentation of websites, hosting accounts, credentials, and integration flows (using shared sheets/docs).
• Follow best practices in code management, versioning, and change tracking.
• Proactively identify and address issues like plugin/theme conflicts, security risks, and backup gaps.

Required skills and experience:

Technical stack

• Strong experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations, troubleshooting).
• Solid skills in Core PHP; familiarity with frameworks such as CodeIgniter is a plus.
• Experience with WIX and React-based sites (e.g., marketing or product websites).
• Comfortable working with Webflow or custom-built sites is an advantage.

Infrastructure & tools

• Practical experience with popular hosting panels (GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostinger, SiteGround, cPanel, Plesk, AWS).
• Understanding of DNS, SSL, staging vs production, and basic server configuration.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce) and automation via Zapier or similar tools.

General competencies

• 4+ years of hands-on web development and maintenance experience
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; able to take ownership of issues end-to-end.

Portfolio Submission (Mandatory)

• Portfolio of work (mandatory)
• 510 live website URLs where you did significant development or maintenance.
