Web Developer (WordPress, AI & Automation)

Uno Hotels is strengthening its digital stack and is hiring a Web Developer with strong WordPress, AI, and automation capabilities. The role focuses on building, optimizing, and automating websites and workflows that directly support business growth and operational efficiency.

The Web Developer will own end-to-end development and optimization of Uno Hotels WordPress-based websites, while integrating AI tools and automation to improve performance, content velocity, customer engagement, and internal processes.

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, performance tuning)
• Build and optimize responsive, high-performance web applications
• Implement AI-driven features such as chatbots, content automation, analytics, and personalization
• Automate website and internal workflows to reduce manual effort
• Integrate third-party systems including CRM, booking engines, payment gateways, and AI APIs
• Ensure website security, uptime, scalability, and compliance with best practices
• Execute updates aligned with marketing, branding, and conversion goals
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code

• Proven experience as a Web Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, core optimization)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React / Angular / Vue preferred)
• Working knowledge of databases and back-end technologies
• Exposure to AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms
• Experience with Git, hosting environments, and deployment workflows
• Solid understanding of performance optimization and web security

• Experience integrating AI tools (chatbots, OpenAI APIs, recommendation systems)
• Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, custom scripts)
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce platforms
• SEO, CMS optimization, and conversion rate optimization experience

• Ownership of WordPress and AI-driven digital initiatives
