About the Opportunity

Belgier HR Services is recruiting Web Research Analysts on behalf of a well-established client in the Cyber Security industry with over 26 years of experience.

This role involves monitoring the internet for piracy links and unauthorized digital media distribution across websites, forums, file-sharing portals, and indexing platforms. The position is ideal for candidates with strong internet research skills and interest in digital investigations or cyber monitoring.

You will also support automated crawler systems by verifying detected links and documenting piracy incidents before they are escalated for enforcement or further analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor websites, forums, and online platforms for piracy-related links
• Verify crawler-generated results to confirm pirated content availability
• Identify mirror sites and alternative piracy distribution channels
• Document piracy sources and maintain accurate monitoring records
• Validate suspected piracy links flagged by monitoring systems
• Maintain updated lists of piracy websites and distribution platforms
• Assist intelligence teams in identifying patterns in piracy distribution
• Prepare periodic monitoring reports on identified piracy sources

Required Skills

• Strong internet research and website navigation skills
• Understanding of streaming platforms, file-sharing portals, and torrent indexing websites
• Ability to identify and analyze piracy-related content online
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Familiarity with monitoring dashboards or link verification tools is an advantage

Experience

• 13 years of experience in web research, online monitoring, or digital investigations preferred
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and online content distribution is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high-volume monitoring and research tasks
