Job Title: Senior Developer Full Stack & Mobile Platforms
Total Experience - 6.5 Yrs
Mobile & Web Development
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Developer / Tech Lead to drive end-to-end development of scalable web and mobile applications while leading a team of 56 engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead backend and mobile application development
- Design and build microservices using Java Spring Boot
- Guide development across Flutter, Android, and iOS platforms
- Support projects involving basic PHP Laravel
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance
- Drive CI/CD and DevOps best practices
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- 6.5+ years of total software development experience
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot
- Mobile development experience (Flutter / Android / iOS)
- Banking / Financial services domain experience preferred
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD environments
Work Model:
- Work From Office: 5 days a week
- Alternate Saturdays working
