Job Description
- Acquire HNI / UHNI clients for wealth management products.
- Drive sales of PMS, AIF, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, and other investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, family offices, and corporate clients.
- Generate new business through self-sourcing, referrals, and network channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Wealth Acquisition Managers / Relationship Managers.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Track team productivity and ensure achievement of AUM and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and field support for team members.
- Understand client financial goals, risk profile, and investment horizon.
- Provide advisory on PMS, AIF, and alternative investment strategies.
- Ensure suitable product recommendations aligned with client risk appetite.
- Drive AUM growth and revenue generation through PMS and AIF products.
- Maintain high levels of client engagement and portfolio expansion.
- Work closely with product and investment teams for client solutions.
