Job Description

  • Acquire HNI / UHNI clients for wealth management products.
  • Drive sales of PMS, AIF, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, and other investment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, family offices, and corporate clients.
  • Generate new business through self-sourcing, referrals, and network channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Wealth Acquisition Managers / Relationship Managers.
  • Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
  • Track team productivity and ensure achievement of AUM and revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and field support for team members.
  • Understand client financial goals, risk profile, and investment horizon.
  • Provide advisory on PMS, AIF, and alternative investment strategies.
  • Ensure suitable product recommendations aligned with client risk appetite.
  • Drive AUM growth and revenue generation through PMS and AIF products.
  • Maintain high levels of client engagement and portfolio expansion.
  • Work closely with product and investment teams for client solutions.
