Job Description

  • Acquire new HNI / UHNI clients through referrals, networks, and market outreach
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding client financial goals and risk profiles
  • Act as a trusted advisor for wealth creation, preservation, and succession planning
  • Recommend suitable investment solutions across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, ETFs, and alternative products
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and provide ongoing investment insights
  • Collaborate with investment and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Achieve assigned AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell AMC products to existing clients
  • Monitor market trends and proactively identify business opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and KYC processes
  • Follow ethical sales and advisory practices at all times
  • Work closely with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance) for seamless client servicing
  • Coordinate with distributors, IFAs, and external partners when required
