Job Description
Sales Role Overview
- Lead acquisition and relationship management of HNI clients across Ahmedabad, Surat, and Baroda using your own strong local network.
- Achieve sales budgets quarterly & yearly.
- Design and review portfolios with a focus on IRR, asset allocation, tax efficiency, and long-term goal planning.
- Cross-sell mutual funds and other investment products while delivering continuous, high-quality advisory.

Qualifications
- 8 - 10 years in wealth management/financial advisory with an existing HNI book in Gujarat.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and comfort with data/Excel and portfolio discussions.
- Certifications such as CFP, CWM, or CFA are an added advantage.
- They want someone who can sell financial products like mutual funds, fixed income, funds, etc. (everything except direct stocks)
- Should be doing B2C work. Selling to HNI retail investors (not institutions).
- Should be handling minimum ticket size of 1 Cr.
